Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the FIND platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FIND Intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free trial: 7 days, no payment required.
• After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if you have made fewer than 10 searches.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute misinformation, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or excessively automate queries to circumvent rate limits
• Share your credentials with others or resell access to the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose prohibited under Nigerian law or applicable international law

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and AI-generated outputs produced by the Service remain the intellectual property of FIND Intelligence. Search results sourced from third-party indexes retain their original copyright. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use outputs for your own research and business purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FIND does not warrant that AI-generated results are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIND Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
