FIND Intelligence (“FIND”, “we”, “us”) operates the FIND platform at find.kparakposignal.space. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, profile photo
- Search history — queries you submit, search type, timestamps
- Usage analytics — daily search counts, session activity
- Payment metadata — Payment transaction references (we never store raw card numbers)
- Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session
- Calculate usage metrics and subscription limits
- Send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, magic links, alerts)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) on PostgreSQL with row-level security enforced on every table. All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production credentials is restricted to authorised team members only.

- Resend — transactional email delivery
6. Data Retention
Search history is retained for 12 months by default. You can delete individual entries or clear your entire history at any time from the History page. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure or on request.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at stephen.find@oroton.me. We will respond within 14 business days.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens) only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
